Born in Lima, Peru, Úrsula grew up changing countries, cultures and languages. She currently lives in South East London, after spending 8 years in Dubai, with her French husband and multicultural kids.

Úrsula’s life has, in some way, always revolved around photography: from her first Pentax P3 camera as a kid, to studying art conservation and working in museums in New York, Madrid and Paris. She has worked in many aspects of art and photography; from festivals to publishing, as well as travel photography.

Úrsula’s passion lies in capturing shadows and images from a unique point of view. Her work focuses mostly on motherhood, identity and finding beauty in the mundane. She is a full-time fine art and portrait photographer, with a MFA in Photography from the Belfast School of Arts, Ulster University.
